Füllen Sie die Schadensmeldung aus und melden Sie den Schaden zusätzlich Ihrer Versicherung.

Eine von uns beauftragte Werkstatt wird sich mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um einen Termin zur Erstellung eines Kostenvoranschlags zu vereinbaren.

Der Kostenvoranschlag wird von unserer Schadenabteilung geprüft und anschließend an Sie weitergeleitet. Dieser muss Ihrer Versicherung zur Freigabe der Reparatur vorgelegt werden. Nach Genehmigung durch Ihre Versicherung wird das Fahrzeug in der Werkstatt repariert.

Wir erstellen anschließend eine Rechnung über die Reparaturkosten und stellen diese Ihnen in Rechnung. Bitte reichen Sie diese Rechnung zur Regulierung bei Ihrer Versicherung ein.

Die Rechnung wird von Ihrer Versicherung netto an uns gezahlt, da wir die Werkstattrechnung bereits beglichen haben. Eine eventuell vertraglich vereinbarte Selbstbeteiligung ist ebenfalls von Ihnen an uns zu zahlen.
